A client in San Diego is looking for an enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Engineering
Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will service and support existing customers by
responding to service calls, carrying out Customer Support Programs and small projects business. This person will be working on a test lab project where they will be testing new product lines, picking the ones they want to test, testing them, documenting, and providing the team with a report.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in technical, IT, or low-voltage systems projects
- 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience
- Strong networking background
- Exposure to the following manufacturing partners: Software House (CCURE), American Dynamics (Victor), Commend, and Milestone
- Background in the Security Integrations field/knowledge of Automation/IT/Low voltage (ACDC logic)

High School/GED or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Certification
- College degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or low-voltage systems design coursework
- Analytical
- Customer Service/Communication skills
