Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and DUTIES: Perform on-wafer testing on MMIC power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and signal control MMICs using a vector network analyzer. Ability to perform minor re-work on prototype microwave assemblies; handling die, wire-bonding, working with solder, epoxies and other assembly-related materials. Requires working under a microscope. Preparing drawings and technical documents to include: statistical analysis reports, generating test plans, assembly drawings, and product datasheets Support Engineering and production staff in the test, visual inspection of die, and product shipment. Obtain quotes from vendors, lead procurement, and assist with inventory and asset management
