Insight Global is looking for an Enrollment Representative to work for a large healthcare company in Fountain Valley, CA. This position would be Monday-Friday 7am- 3:30pm pst on-site. In this role, you will be working with members 100% on the computer through the system, and not on the phone or making outbound calls. You will receive your report in the morning from the system then complete. By verifying coverage, adding coverage and responding to the customer service requests that come through during open enrollment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience with Medi-Cal, Medicare and Commercial Enrollment
- Knowledge of Newborn Coverage
- Healthcare Experience
- Eligibility/Open Enrollment Experience
- Flu Shot Required OR Agreement to wear a mask on-site during Flu season
- High School Diploma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- EPIC experience
