Silotech Group is recruiting for an Enterprise Architect to manage the establishment of a Capability Portfolio Management (CPM) program and provide Enterprise Architecture (EA) support for the Air Force Installation & Mission Support Center (AFIMSC).

This job posting is for consideration of a Proposal Contract. Expected award late 2024.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders, including business/mission activity subject matter experts and corporate-level leadership.
• Build a holistic view of the organization's information management challenges, requirements, processes, information, and technology assets.
• Ensure alignment between mission activities and information technology.
• Ensure the information technology and approach support enterprise goals and achieve mission-value outcomes.
• May have previous experience as a Technical/System/IT Architect.
• Must understand and appreciate IT governance.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to translate complicated technical themes into simple messages that resonate with senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master's Degree or higher preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering. Bachelor's degree with additional years of experience acceptable.

Experience:

• 15 years or more experience designing complex architectures, organizations, IT applications.
• 10 years experience performing Enterprise Architect duties.
• Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoD AF) or equivalent.
• Experience developing associated architecture artifacts such as Operational Views, etc.
• Experience with geospatial information management programs a plus.
