CalPERS' Enterprise Strategy and Performance Division (ESPD) is recruiting for a Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) (Specialist) position to join our Enterprise Project Services (EPS) section. Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), the SSMI Specialist will perform a variety of complex assignments and provide full journey-level support in the areas of Project Management, Organizational Support, and Change Management. The incumbent will work collaboratively with team leaders and team members from across the organization on projects and engagements that vary in scope and scale. The incumbent will need to demonstrate a high degree of independence, initiative, and responsibility to successfully perform job duties. Additionally, the incumbent must maintain an open and learning mindset, be a skilled communicator, and strive to master specific competencies and skills.
