A large healthcare client of Insight Global is looking for a REMOTE EPIC Client Systems Administrator to join their team in Orange, CA. The primary responsibilities will be centered around two functions:
1. To assist with operational issues and existing projects.
2. Assist with workstation and printer build for new projects: e.g. OIC, Beaker.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: handling tickets through EPIC, project build outs, submitting EPIC build tickets, opening new tickets through Sherlock, and troubleshooting EPIC printing issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience with EPIC Workstation and Printer Builds (LWS Records, EPR, Printer Groups E1P)
- Experience with Epic printing EPtroubleshooting
- Familiarity with EPIC toolsets (EPIC Text, Hyperspace, User Web)
- Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) certified
- Highschool / GED requirement

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with VMware Horizon
- Experience with OS
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
