The Events Administrative Support position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Event Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. The Events Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager to accept additional responsibilities when needed. Candidates should also have the confidence and skill from prior work experience to work and communicate directly with internal colleagues and potential clients. This position will also manage small rooms bookings as well.

Qualifications:

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Produce precisely written meeting proposals, correspondence, and contractual agreements
- Proactive, effective and direct client assistance and internal communication with colleagues
- Ability to accurately and effectively execute responsibilities within a fast-paced environment consistently
- Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail with an ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Preferably prior hotel experience or hospitality degree
- The ideal candidate will have a desire to grow within the Events Division
