As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will manage executive office operations and serve as the primary contact. You will anticipate needs, solve problems with professionalism, and handle confidential matters. Your role requires independent work on diverse tasks from start to finish with discretion.

To succeed as the Executive Assistant, you should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience: Preferably with 5+ years in administrative and project management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Confidently interact with all levels verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities: Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office administration and software: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and essential office equipment; adaptable to new software.
  • High integrity and discretion: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


Executive Assistant’s Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and travel: Coordinate the President’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, including agenda preparation and participant communication.
  • Handle communications: Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors, and manage correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and events: Arrange and set up meetings, conference calls, and events, including catering and accommodations.
  • Oversee office operations: Maintain the President’s office, manage supplies, and handle equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with projects and reporting: Develop and execute projects, design reports, and support marketing efforts as needed.
