The role you'll contribute:

The Experience Integration Partner supports in the activation and sustainment of the Consumer Focused, Connected Network (CFCN) initiatives across the CFD-South Region through project management, resource development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Working with the Director of Integration, this role will develop and execute the governance process for the activation of consumer initiatives, ensuring that deployment follows approved methods of delivery, with workplans to address all needed components.

This role supports the operations of governance structures including the CFD-S Consumer Council and change management efforts with our operational leadership and integrated experience leaders. This role effectively partners with the corporate experience delivery team and other colleagues to ensure the operational owners have the communication tools and insights to effectively activate and sustain the work.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Working closely with the Director of Integration and drives engagement and visibility into corporate and division consumer experience initiatives, supporting integration needs for operations activations.

• Drives planning and deployment of change management strategies for new initiatives across CFD-South Region.

• Responsible for tracking project milestones and deliverables across consumer integrations

• Assists in the establishment of a governance standard for experience integrations, then manages to this process, constantly evaluating effectiveness in moving efforts forward. Supports development, communication, and management of project requirements and timelines to ensure proper project completion as well as on-time delivery of communication.

• Contributes to and follows robust standards and methods for effective delivery of consumer experience initiatives and efforts, ensuring consistency in how we communicate with our operators and senior leadership, while also allowing for flexibility needed depending on the topic.

• Supports development and drives execution of approved communications approach, including communication alignment across all consumer teams, as needed

• Builds engaging and effective messages that share the who, what, when, and why of change initiatives. Develops cohesive and consistent messaging to be applied in communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Conceptualize and create a wide variety of communication content and materials targeted at all levels of the organization, delivered through multiple channels, such as print, digital, in person, etc.

• Drives the communication of sustainment plan approach for each initiative at the appropriate levels

• Works with corporate partners, operational partners, and Strategy/Engagement team members of the experience delivery to collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to develop a thorough understanding of stakeholder motivations, preferences, and opinions - using insights to continually refine approaches.

• Supports the CFD-S Consumer Council and connected governance structures through agenda development, content collection, meeting logistics, and producing and distributing project deliverables and documents to appropriate stakeholders.

• Supports coordination of asset and collateral design, as needed, for activations. Tracks all assets and collaterals coming out of the department, ensuring consistency and brand standards.

• Partners with the Senior Analyst of Consumer Insights to gather data-driven insights for each initiative and develop presentations that effectively communicate the story behind the numbers.

• Supports the Director of Integration with additional projects as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong communications skillset with demonstrated experience in building matrixed partnerships to achieve results

• Competency in project and change management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment

• Big picture thinker, with ability to navigate the detail when needed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills...able to develop effective and succinct presentations

• Experience developing communication plans and toolkits for highly visible projects

• Experience developing intranet/website pages to effectively communicate with others, ability to quickly learn SharePoint techniques and site building

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong public presentation skills

• Attention to detail, ability to lead, organize and work on multiple initiatives/projects without compromising work

• Ability to navigate a variety of consumer initiative omni-channel topics with confidence, leveraging own or others expertise where appropriate

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influencing others; Ability to quickly build relationships and diplomatically negotiate common approach; Ability to interact with all levels of management; Ability to work collaboratively and individually to achieve stated goals

• Ability to tell a great story - bringing audiences along so that ideas, concepts, and projects can move forward

• Familiarity with patient experience tools and technologies, such as CX platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

• Strong background in consumer analytics and experience communicating insights up and down the organization.

• Experience working with Epic.

• Self-directed with excellent team building skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or Related Field

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or related field
