Facilities Manager will lead successful maintenance programs, on-site installation, servicing and repair of various equipment and systems Cap X projects. You will coordinate the development of detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of SMEs. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation also assist in developing detailed life cycle plans for all on site material and equipment that the company is responsible for. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field and quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You must be innovative but budget conscious and strive for customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5-10 yrs of experience in manufacturing/servicing facilities maintenance
- Experience managing a team of at least 4-10 people
- Experience with the following: Issuance of contractors, building permitting, departmental budgets , management of projects through Oracle, Jira, or similar platforms, scheduling experience with Primavera or similar platform , experience developing Gantt Chart
- AutoCad skills
