Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Provide Facilities engineering leadership to the site organizations in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.

Owning safety within area of influence

Ensuring systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing/facility (or operations) impacts by meeting uptime goals

Overlooking projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule

Oversight of planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and modifications to equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, and structures as required to support business requirements

Delivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions

Effective collaboration with construction and operations teams to coordinate work in the field

Identify and implement opportunities to achieve lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliability

Statistical validation of system performance

Collaboration with the Site Facility management team, suppliers, key stakeholders and through in-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine and ensure compliance to existing standards, specifications, building codes, and processes.

Good presentation skills and ability to communicate strategic and tactical concepts across a wide range of employees; from engineering peers to operational technicians to management

Ability to work on diverse tasks under a highly dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor and/or Master of Science degree from an accredited university




Preferred Qualifications:

Technical expertise in chemical and gases, and process control

Statistical process analysis and process control knowledge

Excellent computer skills and strong data analysis capability

Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and ability to apply them.

Experience of interpreting P and IDs

Experience on high purity Gas or Chemical manufacturing and delivery systems

Knowledge of chemical compatibility of materials for process fluids and gases, high purity gases, process control statistical analysis (PCSA), and materials of construction needed for chemical and gas systems to meet semiconductor purity requirements.

Experience with engineering analysis, design, and installation oversight of distribution systems for chemicals and gas equipment and systems.

Experience with project commissioning to ensure all chemical and gas systems equipment, components, and infrastructure perform as designed.

Creates and communicates project documentation including sequence of operations, installation procedures, and checklists for commissioning and startup.
