Work you'll do
As an HR Administrative & Management Analyst for our federal sector client, you will:
- Assist HR Specialists in administrative tasks related to personnel action processing, classification, and qualifications
- Accurately enter and maintain employee data, job classifications, and qualification information in HR systems or databases
- Assist in maintaining comprehensive records to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Help to ensure that all HR processes adhere to legal and organizational compliance standards
- Assist in screening job applicants by verifying qualifications, education, and experience to help identify suitable candidates for open roles
- Collaborate with HR Specialists on various HR initiatives, such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations

Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year of experience with human resources
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Must live in a commutable distance (100-miles or less radius) to the following location: Washington, DC and with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day without the need for overnight accommodations
- Expectation to co-locate to the Washington, DC location up to 50% of the time based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree
