Job Description:

The student will perform administrative tasks to support effective and efficient operations of the Department of Psychiatry. Primary responsibilities include:

• Update and prepare spreadsheets
• Enter and interpret data
• Process volunteer appointment approval
• Ensure all required training and health assessments have been completed
• Running reports
• Help with variance reporting
• Assist with completion of forms
• Process employee requests (ID badge requests)
• Prepare and file away documents in employee files
• Other duties as assigned

Expected Salary:

$13 Per Hour

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• Critical thinking skills
• Attention to details
• Degree seeking student - must be in good conduct standing with the University of Florida.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Seeking degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, etc.
• Basic Human Resource and/or Finance knowledge and experience
