An employer is seeking a field support specialist to help with one of their acquisition companies. This person will deal with tier 2 support in break-fix issues on PCs and printers. Some software and hardware troubleshooting, as well as setting up new u and emails in active directory. From a network standpoint this person will help with wireless access points, VPNs, and switches.

2+ years experience in a desktop support/field support role
Network experience specifically with wireless access points and switches
Break-fix experience with PCs & printers
Active directory experience, creating new accounts and setting up email addresses
Software troubleshooting experience
Experience working with 3rd party vendors
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SQL Server experience
M&A experience
