The job of FileMaker Database Design & Support Manager is done for the purpose/s of designing, maintaining, and assisting with the publication of a variety of FileMaker databases used by Capital Region ESD 113, districts served by ESD 113, and ESD 113 contractors; providing user training; maintaining and advancing detailed project status and application documentation; managing the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of ESD 113 FileMaker software application and server; ensuring that jobs are completed efficiently and within industry guidelines and project deadlines; and providing technical support and resolving operational issues.
