Job Description

The Finance Operations Coordinator manages key business programs and databases and supports accounting and strategic sourcing business processes as part of the Financial Services team.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance department
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required, advanced skills a plus
  • Advanced skills building workflows using applications such as Formstack or Microsoft Forms a plus

Essential Functions

  • Manages Y-USA’s Amazon Business program
  • Maintains music licensing database
  • Manages Y-USA’s travel program, including user provisioning, travel site setup & maintenance, rideshare voucher process, monthly/quarterly reporting and staff training
  • Supports the strategic sourcing RFP process and supplier relationship management activities
  • Engages Link (Y-USA’s knowledge-sharing and social-networking platform) and manages content updates
  • Tracks YMCA Certificates of Liability Insurance in internal database (MOYP)
  • Supports accounts payable and expense reporting processes
  • Manages centralized organization accounts
  • With limited supervision, builds efficiencies in Financial Services to streamline and automate operations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
