  • Experience: Whether through internships, work experience, or education, you have 0-2 years of hands-on involvement with seed growers, plant operations, or related fields. You're excited to expand on this foundation.

  • Communication Skills: Strong in both oral and written communication, you can convey ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences.
