• Educational Expertise: You hold a bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, soil science, or a related field, with a deep interest in advancing the future of agriculture.
• Experience: Whether through internships, work experience, or education, you have 0-2 years of hands-on involvement with seed growers, plant operations, or related fields. You're excited to expand on this foundation.
• Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: You're ready to dive into all aspects of seed production and commit to gaining the knowledge necessary for success in this field.
• Communication Skills: Strong in both oral and written communication, you can convey ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences.
• Leadership & Collaboration: You thrive in a team environment, demonstrating leadership potential, and have the ability to influence and guide projects.
• Technical Savvy: Your strong computer and analytical skills help you navigate data and processes effectively.
