Job Title: Financial Analyst

Duration: 03 Months Contract

Location: Boston, MA 02115

Pay Rate: $38/hr.

Job Description:
  • Executes a variety of complex financial tasks to ensure the accurate execution of the student funding process including all stipend and tuition payments for 750 DMS PhD students.
  • Coordinates with students, faculty advisors, and department financial contacts regarding the details and logistics of the faculty advisors financial obligations to their students.
  • Updates and maintains student funding data in the FileMaker database.
  • Serves as the primary contact for student funding process-related inquiries.
  • Advises students, faculty, and department financial contacts on a wide range of financial support issues.
  • Assists in running various financial reports.
  • Other duties and special ad hoc projects as needed.
