Front End Web Developer

Duration: 6 month contract; potential to convert to client FTE

Location: San Antonio, TX or remote

Responsibilities:
1) Assist with Design Definition: Work with the IT lead analyst and lead developer to help refine functional and technical design requirements.
2) Front-End development: Modify existing or create new functionality for the front-end browser-based GUI of the application, based on documented functional and technical design requirements.
3) Unit Testing: Conduct unit / component testing to validate updates to the application GUI adhere to design specifications.
4) Quality Assurance: Assist the IT lead analyst in planning for systems and integration validation of changes to the application.
5) Documentation: Provide detailed documentation of changes made to application GUI functionality in terms of code-level configuration, location, and notation summarizing component purpose.
Must have skills/technologies:
1) 3 or more years' overall experience in development and maintenance of a browser-based front-end, with 2 or more years' experience working with Angular v1 or higher, JQuery, CSS, HTML5.
2) 2 or more years' experience building a browser-based front-end for a transactional system where a) the GUI both accepts user data entry and displays SQL database information, b) the GUI provides multiple workflows based on various use-cases / user actions.
3) 1 or more years' experience working with a MS Windows OS environment, including experience in the use of MS Outlook, MS Office applications.
Nice to haves skills/technologies:
-2 or more years' experience working with ASP.Net, JavaScript
-Experience working in the health care industry
