Full-time Faculty Position - Hematopathologist

The Department of Pathology, University of Maryland School of Medicine invites applicants for a full-time faculty position. Board certification or Board eligibility in Anatomic Pathology is required. Additional subspecialty training and/or expertise is required in hematopathology. Applicants with clinical interest in only hematopathology and those with interest in combining hematopathology and surgical pathology will be considered. Academic appointment and salary will be commensurate with academic rank and experience.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated interest and abilities in all areas of academic practice, including evidence of scholarly achievements and a potential for collaborative or independent funded research, as well as experience in teaching and training medical students, graduate students, residents, and/or fellows. A history of research funding or current research funding is preferred.
