TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Responsibilities:
- Grow a supply of Live content creators by sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding high potential creator talent to the TIkTok LIVE ecosystem
- Act as the bridge between creators and the TikTok LIVE Operations team to help identify ways to improve the Live experience as well as communicate key messages and initiatives on an 1-to-few basis
- Execute the creator onboarding and management process, including but not limited to: signing and executing NDAs, communicating through Discord, tracking event sign-ups & attendees, presenting educational webinars, and attending relevant industry events
- Provide insights, recommendations, and direction on growth & development strategies to creators based on data analysis and current trends

Qualifications

- BS/BA and 2+ years of experience working in creator management (UGC content creators and influencers, entertainment celebrities, high profile tastemakers), community management, or partner management with demonstrated ability to manage partnership and relationships at leading gaming or entertainment companies.
- Strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1 and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and creators
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
- Experience in negotiation and contracts
- Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action ("no task is too small" mentality)
- A deep understanding of gaming communities and the gaming industry
- Experience with Discord, email marketing, and/or other scaled communication methods

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations
