General Maintenance Mid-Level Engineer - Guest Request | Full-Time

The General Maintenance Engineer - guest request will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms but may assist in with maintenance requests in other areas of the hotel. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. This role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Selected candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A minimum of one-year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
• Good customer skills are also required.
• Good communications skills are required.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time.
