Position Overview

This position will work with global leadership to drive organizational change for our strategic global initiatives. This position is responsible for the execution of change management plans targeting processes, systems and organizational structure. The Global Change Management Analyst works with operations, sales, IT and leadership to affect change while minimizing resistance and maximizing teammate adoption.

What you'll do at Insight

The change management analyst will work with Business Transformation leadership to:
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Develop and maintain actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design, deliver and execute change management assessments
  • Execute change management plan for assigned projects/initiatives
  • Identify organizational structure impacts and work with leaders to define roles and responsibilities resulting in organizational change
  • Design, develop and manage the communication plan and messaging then support delivery
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Support training efforts
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams, department leaders and team managers
  • Support and engage teammates and team managers
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Work with Project Manager to Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report issues
  • Measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level
What you'll need to join Insight
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University and five years related experience in communications, training or change management with a large, multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated success with past projects in areas of expertise.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP rollouts a plus
  • An understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and other teammates as needed.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), organization, and time management skills required.
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills a must.
  • Must be self-driven, motivated and results-oriented.
  • Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust. Must be able to solve problems thoroughly and work well under pressure.
