An employer in the biotechnology industry is looking for a Global Market Development Manager to join their team. This individual will be part of the Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division, focusing on marketing strategies for hemato-oncology and immuno-oncology applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting the strategic direction and executing marketing plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Some responsibilities of the Global Market Development Manager will include but are not limited to:
- Develop strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plans for hemato-oncology products and applications.
- Guide the development of copy and creative content for research markets, appropriately positioning products within compliance guidelines and conveying strong value propositions.
- Create and implement marketing content across multiple channels, including social media, web, video, print, and more.
- Develop sales force training and customer education material in collaboration with product management, R&D, regional marketing, and commercial teams.
- Manage a robust lead generation funnel and optimize promotional campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with global functions to ensure brand profile consistency and alignment of marketing strategies.
- Engage with agency partners to develop high-quality marketing assets for various platforms.

LOCATION/TRAVEL:
- Approximately 10-15% domestic travel.

SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday
- 4 days on site required, likely 100% at the start of the assignment.

TRAINING:
- Targeted training in marketing strategies and product applications will be provided.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
- This role is covering a year-long maternity leave, with a possibility of another role opening up in 2025.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology, or similar life sciences, or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with relevant industry experience.
- 4+ years of marketing experience in genomics, oncology, or molecular diagnostics.
- Proven experience with lead generation programs and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Understanding of regulatory principles related to molecular diagnostic products.
- Exceptional skills in managing complex projects and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- An advanced scientific degree or MBA is a plus.
