Job Description:

Experienced Program Management professional to join PMO Team. This person should be self-sufficient working with general supervision, be detail-oriented, task-minded and can work within set deadlines. The candidate should possess strong communication skills as interactions within L3Harris and the local and external customers occur daily.

The qualified candidate must be able to:

  • Set goals and empower individuals to take ownership for their assignments.
  • Assist leadership in identifying program growth opportunities in addition to facilitating capture of new opportunities with customers.
  • Have strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills that will facilitate in creating and maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Essential Functions:

  • The Program Manager (PM) will have responsibility for working with the program team to execute established plans, procedures and support the Customer.
  • The PM will have responsibility for proposal preparation and negotiation, preparation of Statement of Work (SOW) and specification documents as well as contract performance.
  • The PM will have responsibility for working with Subcontractors to ensure established cost, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
  • The PM will also be responsible for briefing customer, user, and upper management on all facets of the program.
  • The PM directs the work of functional employees in the execution of the assigned projects while establishing and monitoring performance to schedules, plans, and milestones.


Qualifications:
  • Active TS Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
