Job Title: Design Business Analyst
Type: 6-month contract
Location: 100% Remote
Daily Schedule: M-F Core Hours
Compensation: $28-31/hr. DOE

This position is supporting one of our largest financial clients and supports the Strategy, Design and Brand Group. This involves gathering and analyzing client business requirements, leading the implementation of business processes and applications, and creating detailed documentation and specifications. Key responsibilities include business analysis, project management support, testing coordination, and user training. Proficiency in scripting, database languages, and project management tools is essential.
Job Description and/or Requirements:

• Independently assembles, analyzes, and documents client's business requirements
• Leads the definition of high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications
• Creates business requirement documents (BRD) that sets out project requirement including costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines
• Performs business analysis and project management support for his/her area. Interprets data and provides analysis results to derive actionable insights
• Develops detailed functional specifications including function models, process flow diagrams and report and screen layouts
• Creates presentation for recommendations and solution designs
• Coordinates with testing team in planning and executing system integration testing and regression testing
• Resolves functional issue in post-production environment during the cutover period
• Supports the senior stakeholders in preparing user guides and provide user training
• Knowledge of scripting and database languages such as Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL etc.
• Good working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence
• Experience supporting business requirements for large scale applications in the concerned domain
