Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch features 493 rooms and suites with balconies and terraces offering breathtaking sunsets, mountain, or golf course views. Our property offers a state of the art Spa, 2.5-acre water playground complete with a sand beach and 3-story high-speed waterslide, private golf course, and nightly entertainment.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, drive a manual-shift vehicle, and a valid Driver's License with a good driving record. This position is fast-paced with constant Guest interaction. This person must have the ability to list a moderate amount of weight and have good knowledge of the local area. Candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They are expected to support the Leadership Team by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role includes, but is not limited to, leading other associates by coaching, giving direction, and training. Lead associates are responsible for answering questions, giving direction, and making detailed reservations or recommendations in our Concierge or Golf Departments. This position requires knowledge of Hotel services, local events, and venues & transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.

• At least 1-year experience in current department role in Guest Service; ex. Regency Club, Concierge, or Golf.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Great organization skills.
• Ability to direct staff and build a positive morale.
• Ability to public speak with confidence for misc. hotel meetings.
• Basic computer knowledge.
