Position Summary: The Outpatient Services Manager is responsible for the oversight for all outpatient therapy services. The Manager manages all day-to-day activities involving outpatient referrals from initial call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff, and marketing the program. The Manager monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement. The goal for this position is to maximize referral potentials from assigned accounts, and develop new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business developmental systems.

Minimum Education: Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling

Minimum Experience: Requires a minimum of 3 years' experience working with a psychiatric behavioral health population, preferably in a psychiatric health care facility. A strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agencies' regulations, patient rights standards and all other applicable, federal and state laws regulating mental health care facilities.

Required Certification/ License: Licensure in area of specialty required. LPC preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, crisis intervention, and group and individual psychotherapy required.
