Job Title : Scaffold Services Manager

Department: Mesa, Arizona

Reports to : Phoenix Branch Manager

Salary Range: TBD

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)

• Understand and supports all safety regulations of OSHA, Classic Industrial Services and clients related to scaffold work, products, safe use and safety of the workers, facility and job sites
• Directly responsible for creating customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with local industrial and commercial perspective clients to bring in scaffold business opportunities
• Work closely with estimators to generate proposals
• Work in conjunction with the Project Managers and supervisors on scaffolding projects
• Assist in managing, hiring and recruiting of scaffold crews. This includes helping to coach and train and serving as a mentor to labor crews.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of scaffold crews and multiple jobsite supervision
• Responsible for scheduling scaffold crews for future and ongoing work.
• Supervise and assists with the erection of multiple forms of scaffolding at multiple locations as well as dismantling and inventorying of scaffolding
• Coordinates timely pick-ups for dismantles and deliveries for Erections
• Performs all necessary documentation i.e., signoffs, extra work authorizations, JSA's, safety plans, delivery and pick up tickets etc.
• Understand all aspects of the scaffold business operation and markets
• May be expected to perform other duties assigned as assigned by the Local Branch Manager

Qualifications/Skills

• College degree or trade school preferred
• Minimum of 7 years scaffold experience or equivalent construction experience with degree or 8 years work experience in relatable industry
• Detailed oriented
