We are currently looking for a Full Time Heavy Equipment Utilities Operator I to join our Heavy Equipment Utilities U1 team located at the Silverstone Building working .
Summary:
This position operates a variety of Heavy Equipment vehicles including: dozers, scrapers, and graders. This position will also be responsible for final grading on construction projects.

* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Finish all grade on projects
* Operate variety of gasoline and diesel engine powered, self propelled, and towed engineer construction equipment
* Operates equipment used in earthmoving, grading, excavation, clearing and container handler operations
* Performs tasks at building and construction sites
* Coordinates loading and unloading of water quantities of mains, storm drains, sewer line, man holes and other fittings
* Assists with cleaning and preparation of sites
* Directs construction equipment operators with alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery on specified site locations to fulfill tasks accurately
* Monitors proper safety procedures are being performed on job sites
* Maintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot
* All other duties as assigned
