Insight Global is looking to add a Help Desk Technician to our client's team in the Camp Hill, PA area. This person will be one of 2 POCs for the entire PA location for all client employees and other IT departments along with being responsible for assisting internal employees and subcontractors with equipment set ups, returns, and equipment trouble shooting needs. This person will be mostly remote at the beginning but will be required to come on site as necessary to assist with rebadging new employees, assisting with equipment pick up, or assisting with fingerprinting. Daily, this person will be expected to handle 20-30 tickets, 7:30-11 being there busiest time of the day answering service calls. This person will also be expected to multi task while assisting employees with issues such as entering data into excel, responding to emails, running reports to see what licenses need to be removed or assigned to computers or user accounts, and shipping out equipment. The other portion of the day consists of assembling 20+ laptops a day for new employees and leading Zoom calls with subcontractors on how to set up their equipment before their first day. This person will be helping open up a new location in PA and joining a team of one other tier I/II individual. Eventually, this role will be 3- 4 days on site with some flexibility. There will be some optional travel but not mandated.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience as a help desk technician

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Information Technology

MS Office Suite experience (ability to manipulate data within Excel)

Active Directory experience

Servicenow ticketing experience

Desktop support experience (hands on with laptops/computers)

Experience supporting VMWare and VDI environments

Strong communication skills and ability and interest communicating with end users

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

0365 experience
