Piper Companies is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join a business consulting company. This is fully onsite in El Paso, TX with shift being Sunday to Tuesday 7am to 7pm (with 1 hour break) and Wednesday 7am to 2pm.

Essential Duties of the Help Desk Technician:

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users at our client's site in a courteous manner.
• Perform desk-side/in-person user assistant to include software/hardware troubleshooting, upgrade, installation, and configuration.
• Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD.
• Shipping/Receiving IT equipment
• Onsite IT asset tracking and management

Qualifications of the Help Desk Technician:

• 1+ years of technical support or help desk experience.
• High school diploma required. Preferred to have Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field.
• Experience providing software, hardware, network, and computer user support
• Working knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, network cabling, wireless, and remote access practices.

Compensation for the Help Desk Technician:

• $50,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
