HR Analytics & Insights Manager

The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time HR Analytics and Insights Manager to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-caliber data analytics and data visualizations to internal customers and key members of leadership. Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95900 - $129400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

• Design and resolve Workday reporting cases and change requests for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement
• Develop data collection strategies and create visualizations to communicate insights to HR leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and support predictive HR strategies
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and data privacy regulations while supporting HR technology implementations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an analytical role using business intelligence tools , or significant HCM experience , with a m inimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing high performing teams required
• Experience with Workday Reporting and Workday Prism required
• Strong knowledge of HR metrics and experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge or experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Smartsheet, Tableau, PowerBI , Python, and SQL strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of payroll data , UKG Dimensions , and PeopleSoft preferred
