Insight Global is looking for an HR Generalist for an aerospace manufacturing company located in Santa Ana, CA. This HR Generalist will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of all human resource programs. Some key responsibilities include payroll, recruiting, onboarding, terminations, and investigations. The right candidate will be organized, attentive and have great communication in order to be successful. This individual needs to be local to Santa Ana, CA, and come onsite 5 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or coordinator
Experience with the employee life cycle including recruiting, hiring, onboarding
Experience with managing payroll and time cards
Experience handling terminations and investigation
Able to provide support on topics like leaves of absence and benefits
Great communication
