Responsibilities:
• Must have payroll processing experience
• Work with employees regarding work-related inquiries including payroll, benefits, career development
• Employment verifications, assist with internal I-9 audits
• Full cycle recruiting
• Process weekly payroll
• Maintain records of HR/Payroll offsite storage
• Accurate creation and filing of HR/Payroll documents in employee personnel folders
• Create and maintain HR forms
• Maintain and monitor labor law compliance
• Investigate and respond to any claims
• Able to fully back up other HR Representatives
• Give input and support around employee related events
• Provides counsel to employees and management to maintain a productive and positive work environment, including development planning, coaching
• Understands key business drivers and opportunities
Qualifications
• 4+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong knowledge of benefits and payroll
• Strong values with a clear inner core of purpose-driven leadership.
• Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
• Additional HR training or experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
