GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources function including Employee Relations, New Hire Orientation, Onboarding and Training. Acts as a liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations. The position is best suited for entry level to intermediate experience.

Essential Functions:
- Support employee relations by providing excellent customer service to employees with questions, concerns or issues
- Process and handle confidential information in a sensitive fashion
- Coordinate employee engagement and employee recognition activities
- Administer onboarding activities for new employees
- Manage and maintain personnel records and all other records related to Human Resources
- Assist with employment verifications as requested by outside agencies
- Review and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Act as the face of Amphenol FSI
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets deadlines
- Able to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Willingness and ability to keep all human resources records, data, and department activities 100% confidential.
- Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, and cope effectively with changes in pace or priorities
- Maintain a strong commitment to personal and professional development
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred. Combination of technical training and direct experience in lieu of educational requirements will be considered
- 1 to 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment desired
- Basic knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce desired
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to satisfy AFSI ITAR requirements
