GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources function including Employee Relations, New Hire Orientation, Onboarding and Training. Acts as a liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations. The position is best suited for entry level to intermediate experience.

Essential Functions:
  • Support employee relations by providing excellent customer service to employees with questions, concerns or issues
  • Process and handle confidential information in a sensitive fashion
  • Coordinate employee engagement and employee recognition activities
  • Administer onboarding activities for new employees
  • Manage and maintain personnel records and all other records related to Human Resources
  • Assist with employment verifications as requested by outside agencies
  • Review and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Act as the face of Amphenol FSI

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Able to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Willingness and ability to keep all human resources records, data, and department activities 100% confidential.
  • Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, and cope effectively with changes in pace or priorities
  • Maintain a strong commitment to personal and professional development

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred. Combination of technical training and direct experience in lieu of educational requirements will be considered
  • 1 to 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment desired
  • Basic knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce desired
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to satisfy AFSI ITAR requirements
