Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the organization's business plan.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of progressive HR management experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
