A client of Insight Global is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Mumbai, India. This person will provides guidance to designated business units as a strategic partner and employee advocate, act as liaison across HR functional areas and designated business units to align business objectives with employees and management. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of human resources work experience, demonstrated leadership experience and experience working with a US based company. Salary range: $15,000-$20,000 USD ($1,255,825.50-$1,674,207.00 Rupees).

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of human resources experience.

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, team leadership.

Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory environments in the assigned Country.

Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical skills to assess data and market trends.

Experience in managing teams and complex projects.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, or a related field.
