Job Summary
The position is responsible for hydrostatic testing of product design and test pressure requirements.

Responsibilities
• Hydrostatic testing and quality inspection of all vessels, filters and piping required by ASME Code and customer specifications
• Maintain documentation. Chart recorders and work instructions.
• Create stamped tags
• Maintain a safe and 5S work environment
• Maintain minimum 80% efficiency
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to utilize hand tools, power tools, gauges, and safe operation of forklifts.

Basic Qualifications
• High school graduate or equivalent, including math and reading abilities
• Two years industrial assembly/manufacturing experience

While performing this job, the employee must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe shoes, water protective gear and other articles as needed. This position requires frequent moderate lifting (up to 25 pounds) and occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), the ability to stand, kneel, squat and walk on concrete surfaces continuously, frequent working with height awareness, climbing of stairs, bending and stooping, reaching from floor to above shoulder heights and occasional balancing, handling operating controls with hands, fingering/feeling with hands. This person must have the ability to communicate continuously by talking, hearing and seeing, and the ability occasionally work in a confined space environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Shop conditions are in line with EHS regulations and country legislative safety requirements with regards to safe walkways, shelving and general working areas. Due to the nature of the shop's environment, temperatures can range depending on seasonal conditions. Cleanliness is of paramount importance to us however from time to time, dust and general packing materials may accumulate. Noise can often be at levels that require hearing protection due to vehicle movements and general day to day activities in the nearby workshop. All PPE is provided for by the company.
