The global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.

The team is composed of Policy, Operations, Risk, and Data specialists working cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Sales, Product, Engineering, PR, and Legal) to design and optimize ad policies, manage moderation processes, and build scalable systems driving efficiencies within our integrity mechanisms. This team is critical in working together to solve large scale issues that have significant global impact.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, empower, and develop a team of Incident Response Specialists within a time-sensitive and fast paced environment to deliver on operational key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Become a subject matter expert in TikTok Ads infrastructure, products, tools, systems, and data. Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities to reduce risk across the platform;
- Work closely with global cross-functional teams including Product, Policy, Legal, etc. to investigate sensitive situations and determine appropriate solutions;
- Serve as primary point of contact on all high priority cases, providing ad-hoc and regular risk investigations support to key stakeholders in Product, Policy, Engineering, Strategy, and Sales;
- Provide support and oversight to key initiatives to ensure they are connected to the larger organization's goals; ensuring projects are properly defined and scoped with charters that include well-written problem statements and quantifiable goals and baseline data

Qualifications

- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of risk investigations and operations experience, preferably in a trust & safety, investigations, consulting, or business analytics environment;
- 3+ years of experience conducting complex analyses and translating the results into actionable insights;
- 1+ year of experience in a people leadership role;
- Experience in and/or demonstrable knowledge of domains such as risk, payments, ecommerce, information security, and/or online advertising;
- Experience with SQL or Python strongly preferred
