Infrastructure Project Manager

A NYC agency located in New York, NY is looking for a remote Infrastructure Project Manager for a 1 year contract. The Project Manager will assist with the implementation of datacenter technologies for key IT projects. Relevant experience in routing and switching, and datacenter technologies is required. The PM will be assisting client with architecture design planning and implementing changes.

Work Mode: 100% remote, Normal business hours, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate Range: $65.00 - $85.00 (dependent on experience)

Scope of Services:
1. Participate and manage assigned elements of large IT infrastructure project related to datacenter technologies.
2. Propose datacenter technology solution to meet the business requirements and at the same time meet agency's Best practices guidelines.
3. Discuss with the Architect team, program management, and business for any uniqueness in the solution proposed.
4. Expert level competence with ACI technology.

Mandatory Skills:
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
• At least 8 years of project management experience implementing datacenter technologies for key IT projects.
• Experience in routing and switching, and datacenter technologies is required.
Hands-on experience / skills with the following are required as well:
1. Kubernetes
2. Azure
3. AWS (Amazon Web Services)
4. VMware
5. Terraform
6. Ansible
7. Helm
8. Azure DevOps
9. Pipelines
10. Bash and/or PowerShell scripting
11. At least 1 primary coding language such as: Python, NodeJS, Golang
