Advantage Resourcing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Dothan, AL. Salary: $29,120 - $33,280 annually (Depending on experience.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As the Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting our sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Promptly responding to customer calls and emails, ensuring excellent service and communication.
• Assisting with order entry, tracking orders, and managing order processing.
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records for internal use.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Providing product information and resolving any customer issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
