Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Institutional Sales Representative. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gain insights into market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales strategies and solutions
  • Present product information and demonstrations to clients, ensuring flawless execution and addressing any concerns or questions
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities to determine areas of competitive advantage
  • Successfully implement sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share


Pay Transparency:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $170,200.

Sales Incentive language: The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

Company Car Eligibility: This position is eligible for a company car through the Company's FLEET program.

• Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

• Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

• This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.

• Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

• Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year

• Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year

• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year

• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
    • A valid driver's license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
    • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, or business to business sales, or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military
    • Cardiovascular or thrombosis therapeutic area experience is preferred
    • Documented sales results, including examples of company awards, or participation in management development program are preferred
    • The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight / weekend travel
    • Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
