Summary
The Integrated Marketing Manager serves the North American marketing and communications team as a leader of taking strategies and then driving campaigns that deliver the right message to the target audience in ways that cause them to take notice and eventually take action. Based on targeted growth initiatives that align with the business goals, the Integrated Marketing Manager leads the development of new ideas and the execution of tactical marketing plans in collaboration with the other marketing managers. There will be the creation of creative/project briefs, coordination of internal stakeholders and preparation of reports and presentations. Their primary objective is to ensure that the strategy passed to them is translated into action plans that bring the campaign strategies to life. Essentially, the Integrated Marketing Manager is the primary idea generator, content (primarily copy) generator, and internal champion of integrated marketing campaigns.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $70,300.00 - $105,500.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that the broader IDEX Fire & Safety marketing and content strategy is properly implemented in all marketing activities; Responsible for the preparation and execution of marketing initiatives and key campaign development.
- Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to develop creative/project briefs, action plans, and collaborativeteam member responsibilities.
- Works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to share campaign ideas and determine how those other disciplines contribute and implement accordingly.
- In collaboration with Digital Marketing, plans and supervises the creation of marketing campaigns and materials in support of targeted initiatives by collaborating with key Business Unit resources, IDEX Fire & Safety resources, or outside service companies.
- Assistsmarketing operations/project management with the creation of the overall marketing activity calendar as well as specific calendar items for each brand.
- Provides writing and/or editing support for outbound communications, including promotional materials, website content, announcements, etc. through the composition of clear, conciseand grammatically correct copy. Drives the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.
- Helps with defining the most important marketing key performance indicators (in collaboration with the Director of Marketing).
- Keeps current with the latest digital marketing best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Contributes material to and helps manage outside resources:
- Graphic designers, photographers, video production, etc.
- Helpsensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborates with other marketing team members, sales, and product development teams (as needed).
- Travel required up to 10% of the time.
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or other related field of study and 5 years related experience is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a B2B environment.
- Must demonstrate a keen interest and competency in marketing and technology, particularly online technology, and relevant software.
- Proficiency with B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with web-based project management software
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Teams, etc, is a plus
- Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal form, particularly with an emphasis on:new creative ideas;determining and communicating the scope of projects;reporting; and creating succinct presentations.
- Working within a tech-related field, particularly new product technology, is a plus.
- Highly knowledgeable regarding digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills are vitally necessary.
- Experience working in manufactured product related fields is a plus.
