Insight Global is hiring an (INTL INDIA) Salesforce Business Analyst to join our digital services client. You will be working with their insurance end client to discover and define requirements for report changes resulting from a Conga Implementation. As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will own business analysis for Salesforce Service, and Marketing Cloud as it relates to their internal insurance business function. You will collaborate with their internal teams to write user stories, create process documentation, and analyze system deployment. This role is hybrid in Bangalore or Hyderabad with the expectation of a few days in office per month per client request.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years with Salesforce Business Analyst experience
Experience in the Salesforce domains: Service and Marketing
Insurance industry experience and knowledge of insurance terminology/business functions (i.e. Underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial, general liability, workers compensation, commercial auto, aviation, property/casualty, etc.)
Strong expertise writing user stories and process documentation
Knowledgeable of the Software Development Life Cycle
Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience utilizing TFS, Rally, or similar tool
Experience utilizing Agile methodology
