A Fortune 50 company is looking for a Program Manager who can join this companys Enterprise Data Analytics and Platform team in a global cross-functional collaborative role. This team is responsible for driving data analytics tools and platform management internationally and across different business units and this client is looking to bring in a Program Manager who can facilitate and work across multiple BUs, stakeholders, and projects to drive results, ensure alignment, and lead successful project execution. You will be responsible for driving many areas including: identifying improvement opportunities by collaborate with tooling, support, and engineering teams to identify requirements, areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will help with driving engineering and operational excellence by establishing and enforcing best practices, standards, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and delivery, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. This role will require you to help define business requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and make data-driven recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes. As the Program Manager, this client is also looking for someone who can help with fostering a positive and inclusive team culture by promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their development, and creating an environment that values diversity, innovation, and open communication. This person will be successful in this role if they have strong presentation skills, critical thinking, are customer obsessed, and have a high sense of urgency. This position requires someone to work in IST time zone and work with APAC, EMEA, and India. Working hours would be 10/11am IST to 6/7pm IST.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in either Program Management, Project Management, or Program/Project Delivery Lead
- Any experience working in either Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Cloud Data Ops, AI/ML or similar domain
- 8+ years of experience driving high performing teams to design, build, evaluate, support, and continuously improve global programs
- Strong background in presenting to leadership and stakeholders and ability to put together meaningful PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to track finances, billing, software licenses, etc.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills - ability to forge strong working relationships and build rapport with leaders and personnel of all levels across teams and organizations
- Experience operating within global customer support and success businesses that operate 24/7
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Customer obsession, ability to take ownership, bias for action
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Any experience with Azure PaaS data platform - Databricks, ADF, Synapse, Web Apps, etc.
Any knowledge in data analytics tools such as Presto, Alteryx, Gurobi, Trifacta, etc.
