Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
  • Experience with cost accounting, or accounting in a relevant industry (e.g., supply chain or manufacturing setting).


Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience with SOX compliance or internal control frameworks.
  • Ability and interest to work with a variety of data integration technologies to solve problems.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective business acumen, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$180,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Advise and work closely with Technical Infrastructure (TI) business partners on day-to-day decisions and problem solving regarding multiple areas of TI Inventory.
  • Assess new transactions and inventory flows, support the determination of their accounting treatment and partner with Technical Accounting as needed.
  • Partner with Program Advisory tower on new projects. Review monthly and quarterly transactions, analyze inventory variances, and provide explanations.
  • Design and execute key and non-key sarbanes oxley (SOX) controls for TI inventory management.
  • Drive constant improvements on TI inventory processes to drive higher standards of quality in fixed asset accounting.
