Responsibilities:
Lead high-impact enterprise-wide programs, from problem space definition to customer impact.
Define project-level objectives (OKRs), scope, and resourcing requirements.
Manage milestone timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
Work closely with leadership and various stakeholders across the organization.
Anticipate and address obstacles through effective problem framing and decision-making facilitation.
Foster shared understanding across diverse viewpoints.
Set the standard for project management at Calendly.
Establish best practices for planning, prioritization, execution, and program governance.
Leverage data-driven decision-making.
Enhance collaboration and communication.
Align teams and create shared understanding.
Lead during times of uncertainty and change.
Drive improvements in R&D operating rhythm and company-wide processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
5+ years of direct project management experience.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to influence without authority and build trust.
Proficiency in managing complex programs remotely.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Bachelors degree in a business or technical field.
