Job Title: Sample Room Coordinator - Inventory Associate
Location: Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068
Pay Rate: $22.00- $24.00/hr.
Duration: 3-month contract with possibility of conversion.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sample Room Coordinator to oversee sample management for our Accessories business and maintain our Sample Library at Bath & Body Works. This role involves strategizing and executing tactical initiatives, including sample organization, receipt, and storage. Additionally, the coordinator will manage inventory processes and database maintenance for our Sample Library.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sample organization and setup, including unboxing, gathering, and arranging samples in various spaces.
• Receive samples and packages, assist in key meeting preparation and seasonal assortment planning.
• Assist in internal SKU item costing, packout, and execute visual/floorset updates in collaboration with merchandising teams.
• Maintain Sample Library inventory, conduct physical inventories, and communicate effectively with internal partners.
• Handle daily activities related to receipt, check in/out of product, and conduct inventory reporting for the Sample Library.

Requirements:

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and advanced MS Office and Excel proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Additional Information:
• This is a 40-hour per week position split between Accessories and the Sample Library. While the Accessories role offers flexible in-office and work-from-home options, the Sample Library role requires in-office presence. The position offers opportunities for long-term engagement and potential conversion to full-time employment based on performance.
