- Responsible for safeguarding and releasing wafer orders to Lab personnel.
- Responsible for maintaining data Integrity within our Inventory Management System.
- Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored.
- Performs Lab reclaim services multiple times throughout the workday.
- RFID tag customer wafers to ensure 100% accountability.
- Monitors Inventory Dashboard throughout the day for newly submitted Inventory Requests. Picks and stages material for pickup.
- Resolve discrepancies, examine, and investigate misidentified or out of balance items with root cause analysis and identifying necessary preventive measure to assure there are no re-occurrence.
- Maintains inventory accuracy by performing annual audits/cycle counts.
- Resolve process issues related to material managements, warehousing, and control.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Quality, Supply, Distribution, and Logistics) to ensure inventory control practices are being followed.
- Assists in various projects including but not limited to; 5S implementation, purging material, inventory audits.

Required Skills & Experience
- 0-3 years purchasing/inventory management experience - Intangibles are most important
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent computer and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- NO JOB HOPPING

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- An interest in Project Management or previous experience working with Project Management
- Advanced Excel Skills are a MAJOR plus (Vlookup, Mass Data Mgmt., etc.)
